Kanetsune Sujihiki 8.26" DSR-1K6 Kitchen Knife - Made in Japan KC-955

Kanetsune professional knives are made in Seki City, Japan, since 1963 and is named after a famous sword-maker from the Muromachi period.

Features a DSR-1K6 high-carbon stainless steel made by Daido Steel Co. Excellent performance blade which contains 0.6% carbon and well balanced with added molybdenum.  The Tsuchime hammer-finish reduces blade stick.
